Courier Delivery

Delivery within Moscow is carried out by courier within one to three business days, depending on product availability. The minimum delivery time is 4 hours. Delivery time is from 10:00 to 20:00.

• For orders up to 5,000 rubles, the delivery cost is 400 rubles within the Moscow Ring Road;
• For orders over 5,000 rubles. Delivery within the Moscow Ring Road is FREE;

In St. Petersburg and Rostov-on-Don
Delivery to St. Petersburg and Rostov-on-Don is carried out by courier within three to seven business days, depending on product availability in stock:

• For orders up to 5,000 rubles, delivery is 400 rubles;
• For orders over 5,000 rubles. FREE delivery.;

Boxberry Pickup Points

You can pick up and pay for your products in person at Boxberry delivery service pickup points throughout the Russian Federation.

Pickup

You can pick up and pay for your products in person at our office daily from 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM at the following address: Moscow, Trubnaya St., Building 25/1, right entrance to "Professional Cosmetology" (Tsvetnoy Bulvar / Trubnaya metro stations).

Return of goods

According to the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights, perfumes and cosmetics are included in the list of non-food products of proper quality that cannot be returned or exchanged. Upon receipt of your order, carefully inspect your purchase in the presence of the courier. If you are dissatisfied with the appearance or the product does not match your order specifications, return it to the courier without opening the packaging. Complaints regarding appearance are accepted only at the time of delivery.

We remind you that we are not responsible for the safety of the product or its quality during delivery to cities in the Russian Federation, except Moscow, during winter (subzero temperatures) due to temperature fluctuations. By choosing a delivery method, the Customer assumes full responsibility for this matter.

We will accept your order back and issue a refund if the packaging is intact and the cosmetics have not been used at least once, or on an individual basis after a valid complaint.
